First Aid Courses 

HLTFA311A - Apply First Aid (Level 2 or Senior First Aid)

This course incorporates content of units HLTCPR211A 'Perform CPR' and HLTFA211A 'Provide Basic Emergency Life Support'.

On-line and Workbook Theory:

  • Flexible, convenient and saves time, what more do you need!
  • Undertake the theory training and assessment in your own time prior to the practical component.
  • $130 per person 
  • 3-6 hours on-line or home study and 5-6 hours face to face practical session in your choice of venue (work or home)
  • No pre-requisites
  • Qualification is valid for 3 years (Australian Resuscitation Council recommends you update the CPR component annually)

Face to Face:
  • Traditional 2 day face to face course is available which allows for greater interaction between student and trainer

HLTFA211A – Basic Emergency Life Support (Level 1)

This course goes through the skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life threatening emergencies using basic life support measures only. This course incorporates the content of unit HLTCPR211A 'Perform CPR'.

  • Completing on-line or workbook questions at home or work prior to the practical session
  • $110 per person
  • 1-2 hours on-line of workbook study at home and then 4 hours practical assessment in your choice of venue (home or workplace)
  • No pre-requisites
  • Qualification is valid for 3 years (Australian Resuscitation Council recommends you update the CPR component annually)


HLTCPR211A – Perform CPR

Successful completion of this course you will be able to assess an emergency situation and maintain the airway, breathing and circulation of an unconscious casualty (including. C.P.R.)

  • $60 per person
  • 2 hours duration in your choice of venue, home or workplace
  • No pre-requisites
  • Qualification valid for 1 year


 

Facilities & Equipment:

Each participant will be provided with all of the intellectual materials required to study all modules. Each program will also be supported with adequate Teaching Aids to assist with the theory and practical training modules such as CPR manikins, Bandages, Visual Aids, Handouts etc as appropriate.

‘First Aid 4 All’ is a Training Partner with Australian First Aid and is licensed to deliver their courses.
